About the role
- Provide culturally appropriate, trauma-informed, and victim-centered services for labor and sex trafficking victims.
- Approach must place priority on restoring survivor's feelings of safety, choice, and control.
- Services could include emergency basic need assistance that could occur during after hours, weekends, or holidays.
Responsibilities
- Overview The Anti-Human Trafficking Mobile Survivor Support Specialist is part of a comprehensive response to human trafficking throughout Pennsylvania.
- Maintain a caseload of at least 15 active case management clients starting in the 3rd month of employment.
- Maintain contact with clients based on client needs, but at least one form of contact every 30 days.
- Develop a safety and service plan in coordination with the client.
- Collaborate with other service provider partners to ensure follow-up and coordination of all aftercare services.
- Participate and collaborate with multidisciplinary team in a multidisciplinary way that enhances the community response to human trafficking.
- Support in the coordination and development of resources and tools for the AHT case management program.
Requirements
- Once a client is assigned, required client forms will need to be completed within 30 days.
- You will be required to be in the office at least one day per week, and in the office when you are not in the community.
- All client appointments are required to be posted to your Outlook Calendar with time and address listed.

- Complete a monthly health and safety check for any client where TSA holds the lease agreement.
