About the role
- This role is a critical member of our technology leadership team, responsible for defining and executing application-to-cloud (App → Dev → Cloud) strategy and delivering platforms that power the future of healthcare.
- This is a high-impact, onsite leadership role in Overland Park, KS, with matrix leadership responsibility across our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hebbal, India.
Responsibilities
- Lead App → Cloud modernization initiatives and platform re-architecture
- Drive adoption of microservices, APIs, event-driven and domain-driven design
- Own architecture direction across Azure and AWS
Requirements
- Experience leading enterprise cloud and application transformation
- Expertise in Azure/AWS and distributed systems
- Ability to operate in a highly matrixed organization
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Experience with GCC/India teams
- AI/ML or LLM integration experience
- Kubernetes and modern data platforms
- Cloud certifications
