Responsibilities
- 30% Work closely with Accounting Dept. to review / prepare period financial performance reports Collaborate with Program Management Offices & Transformation for Dashboard reports of Top Company Objectives (TCOs) Build business cases as needed and recommend/ implement cost savings actions (C3) Develop / create presentations for management reviews Liaise / coordinate with
- In this role you will provide internal and external customer support to simplify MRO business processes.
- Collaborate with internal/external customers to provide WIP status, delivery dates, quotes/estimates, invoices/credits technical inquiries and logistical details.
- Support the coordination of pricing agreements for MRO activities.
- 100% Speaking: able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications.
- 100% Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and some tools including production tools.
- Carrying: able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs minimally.
- Lifting: able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs minimally.
