About the role
- We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and execution-focused Sr.
Responsibilities
- Manage B2B order processing, order flow, and fulfillment execution with AG1's 3PL partners.
- Coordinate daily operational activities between AG1, retailers, 3PLs, and transportation partners.
- Support inventory allocation decisions based on retailer demand, shipment timelines, and operational constraints.
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners to ensure timely order processing, shipment preparation, and carrier pickups.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives with 3PL partners to enhance operational efficiency and service levels.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Transportation, or Fulfillment Operations.
- Strong understanding of retailer compliance requirements including routing, labeling, palletization, and appointment scheduling.
- Experience coordinating LTL and FTL transportation operations.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP, TMS, or retail operational systems preferred.
