- Assist with implementing Individual Habilitation Plans while tracking progress toward established objectives.
Responsibilities
- Ability to build strong working relationships while leading a team.

- In this role, you'll help create a safe, supportive environment where individuals can thrive while providing guidance, mentorship, and daily direction to Direct Support Professionals.
- Serve as a leadership resource for employees by providing coaching, direction, and problem-solving support.
- Support Individuals Promote independence by assisting individuals in achieving personal goals and developing daily living skills.
- Support behavioral strategies that encourage growth, choice, and dignity.
- Help maintain compliance with agency standards and state regulations.
