Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for assigned positions.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and supporting pre-employment activities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system and provide recruiting updates to hiring managers.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through clear communication, responsiveness, and proactive follow-up.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates by providing reliable support and following through on commitments.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and other workplace resources.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipping activities.
  • Support office moves, workspace assignments, facilities projects, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain office records, files, and administrative systems to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and assist with special projects and team initiatives.

Skills

  • High School or GED
  • 2+ years of recruitment and administrative support experience
  • Possess and have ability to apply basic knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Hybrid Schedule, 2 days work from home and 3 days in office (fully remote work not available)
