About the role
- Job Description As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients and field staff, offering superior customer service skills as you match clients in need of care to appropriate field staff.
- Monday to Friday and alternating weekends.

Responsibilities
- Build a care schedule for patients
- Document and appropriately report all staff and patient interactions
- We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support certain stages of the recruitment process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing candidate responses.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written
- Must have open availability for an 8-hour shift anytime between 6am to 10pm.
- One year administrative or office experience is an asset
- S cheduling experience is an asset
- Healthcare background is strongly desired
- Strong computer skills
- Superior Customer service skills
- Compassion and empathy when interacting with patients and their families
