Human Resources certification preferred (e.g., Society for Human Resource Management-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR).
8-10+ years of progressive human resources experience.
Experience in a start-up or high-growth manufacturing environment desirable.
Demonstrated experience in recruiting, employee relations, and employment law compliance.
Experience supporting a manufacturing workforce with exempt and non-exempt roles.
Experience scaling human resources processes within a growing organization.
Experience supporting EOS or similar operating systems preferred.

Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on workplace issues.
Coach managers and supervisors on employee relations, performance management, communication, and leadership best practices.
Create, implement, and maintain employee policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Design and administer performance evaluation processes.

Partner with leadership to develop compensation philosophies, job architecture, and career progression frameworks.

In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable people processes, supporting organizational growth, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the organization's mission and values.
You will lead the creation and management of all human resource functions for a rapidly growing start-up company.
