About the role

  • Roofing Sales Representative, you'll generate leads, meet with homeowners, perform roof and property inspections, and guide customers through the roofing process from initial conversation to signed agreement.
  • You'll represent 3MG in the field with a polished, professional approach while building your product knowledge and sales skills through hands-on training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through door-knocking, networking, and referrals.
  • Schedule and run appointments with homeowners and deliver a professional sales presentation.
  • Perform roof and property inspections (comfortable on roofs).
  • Manage customer relationships and maintain a strong client base.
  • Develop strong knowledge of roofing products, services, and basic insurance/retail workflows.
  • Supportive team environment with dedicated back-office support.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (capable of transporting a ladder).
  • Comfortable getting on roofs and working outdoors.
  • Available to work full-time (40 hours/week).
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a coachable mindset.

  • Base salary plus commissions.
