Responsibilities
- Build and maintain production-quality backend game orchestration services, including dynamic resource allocation, monitoring, and security
- Collaborate daily with a cross-disciplinary team to design the interface between the orchestration system, matchmaking systems, and internal developer experience
- Ability to write, debug, and maintain code in Rust

- As a Senior Services Engineer at teamLFG, you will drive the development of the orchestration system that coordinates our global fleet of containerized game servers, from requirements gathering and architectural planning to implementation and scaling.
Requirements
- Do you enjoy the challenge of solving complex, non-deterministic problems with simple, pragmatic solutions?
Skills
- Production experience designing and building backend services
- Experience with orchestration technologies ( e.g., Agones, Kubernetes, AccelByte, Playfab), knowing when (and when not) to reach for them
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Git, and Linux (including shell scripting and system configuration)
- Embrace a "we" culture in addition to being an outstanding collaborator and communicator
- Experience with "games as a service" online game development
- Experience with multiple cloud providers and infrastructure-as-code systems like Terraform and Ansible
- Experience with Unreal Engine
