Manage the overall Company financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Provide decision-support to business partners across the company on key financial and operational topics through data analysis and business understanding
Go deep with ad hoc analysis to generate business insights and develop actionable recommendations
Everlane is looking for a highly motivated Director to join our Finance team and lead the FP&A function to support Everlane's next phase of growth.
You will play a critical role in generating financial and operational insights that drive business results.
You will serve as the finance partner to each of our business functions and influence decision-making consistent with our strategies and aligned to our financial goals.

10+ years of progressive experience and demonstrated growth in Finance/FP&A positions - ideally with roles in both large, well-run public companies and smaller, high-growth companies
Experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel or consumer sectors is required
Understanding of Customer Analytics and Digital Marketing is highly desirable

Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual cycles for financial forecasting and reporting
The annual compensation range for this role is $128,000 - $171,000.

This is a full-time role based at our Los Angeles office headquarters in the Arts District.
We are on a hybrid schedule, with three days in the office per week, Tuesdays through Thursdays.
Candidates outside the LA area may be considered for a remote position.
