About the role

Achieving this goal requires continuous problem-solving and creativity to navigate the regulations across all relevant jurisdictions.
This role will interact with all applicable regulations, and will serve as the subject matter expert for passive safety regulations.

Lead the assessment of compliance and interpretation of the standards in support of engineering design and validation.
Work with the legal team to document interpretations
Collaborate with test engineers, external laboratories and technical services to confirm interpretations, agree test procedures, and execute compliance tests
Draft compliance documentation including information documents and compliance reports
Monitor future regulatory changes and provide input to support Zoox advocacy
Manage requirements in a formal requirements management tool
