Responsibilities
- We support a 24/7 call center, work shifts are typically normal core business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, except when maintenance is performed during non-peak after hours.
Requirements

- Experience and solid working knowledge required with the following tools/applications:
- Experience with Server OS's including Windows and Linux
- Experience with Exchange and Active Directory
- Experience with Hyper-V networking
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Outlook

- Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field along with 4 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer Skills - Experience and solid working knowledge required with the following tools/applications:
- Change Management process and CMDBs
- Patch Management
- Backup Management
- Azure Infrastructure
- TruNAS Storage
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
