About the role
- And when a creator in your cohort needs more (i.e. a growth conversation, a product walkthrough, a real human in their corner) you'll know when to step in.
Responsibilities
- You'll build and run scaled, higher-touch programs for top mid-market creators, serving as a touchpoint for ~600 creators.
- You'll design email series, run office hours, publish newsletters, and build 1:many programming touchpoints that feel personal at scale.
- Able to define your own structure in an early-stage role - this program doesn't exist yet, and you'll be building the approach from the ground up
- This is a new role built for someone who wants to design a playbook and series of programs from scratch.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in creator success, partnerships, community management, or a related creator-economy role, or equivalent experience
- Fluency with CRM and outreach tools (Salesforce, Airtable, or equivalent) and the ability to use data signals to prioritize work across a large creator cohort
- Experience at a creator platform, MCN, talent management firm, or creator-focused startup
