- The Reliability Manager provides maintenance and reliability strategic leadership for processes and teams at the manufacturing site.
Responsibilities
- Incumbent would possess demonstrated ability to organize and lead a multi-functional team and foster a proactive team environment.
- Experience coaching, developing and leading teams.
- Ability to organize, influence and lead multi-functional teams and foster a proactive team environment with and without direct authority.
- Ability to make timely decisions, manage escalation and prioritize resources in a complex, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Position requires knowledge and experience typically associated with a bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering or relevant scientific discipline and 10+ years of manufacturing related experience.
- The incumbent would typically have significant experience in Engineering, Operations, Lean Manufacturing, and Maintenance.
- Possess strong understanding of the broader business and organization and can relate and connect the Maintenance and Reliability organization to it.
- Experience in multiple plants, product systems and staff experience, along with leadership of a non-exempt workforce is highly desired.
- Experience with Kimberly-Clark procedures and processes, Lean manufacturing practices and Lean or continuous improvement.

Compensation
- 127,600 - 157,600 USD
