About the role
- T he Human Resource Manager will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational management of all HR functions within a federally contracted ICE residential facility.
Responsibilities
- We provide a range of professional services, including specialized facilities, customized logistics support, and direct care services.
- Written warnings Final warnings Termination documentation Ensure consistency and fairness in handling employee issues across departments Maintain strict confidentiality and documentation protocols Onboarding & Workforce Coordination Oversee full lifecycle onboarding processes to ensure compliance prior to start dates
- Personnel files Training documentation Compliance records Conduct periodic file audits to ensure completeness and readiness for inspection Monitor deadlines for documentation, credentialing, and compliance requirements Support audit preparation and respond to compliance reviews Timekeeping & Workforce Oversight Oversee timekeeping processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods for administrative tasks and documentation
