About the role

  • Schedule: Flexible, 0.8 / 0.9 / 1.0 FTE, 32+ hrs/week
  • As a Physician on our Virtual Care team, you'll spend the vast majority of your time seeing patients.
  • The difference is how, visits will be fully asynchronous messaging-based, AI-paired via our in-house custom built EHR.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of post-residency clinical experience (urgent care, ER, primary care, or a strong generalist mix)
  • Comfort working in a fully virtual, asynchronous, messaging-based modality
  • Experience incorporating the longevity into your clinical practice
  • The part only you can do, your judgment, the human on the other end of the message, gets your full attention

Skills

  • Work with the CMO and VP of Care Delivery on the guidelines, peer review, and clinical systems that keep care safe as the team grows
  • Mentor newer clinicians; share what's working; raise the bar without making it about you
