  • The Clinical Operations Supervisor is a valuable resource for nursing and non-nursing staff across the hospital.
  • They possess the authority to make critical decisions in nursing practice in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act of Massachusetts, following established policies at the unit, department, and hospital levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Required)
  • Associate's degree in nursing required
  • Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
  • Three years of inpatient nursing practice with leadership/supervision experience.

Compensation

  • Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range.
  • Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
