About the role

- Our commercial portfolio includes treatments for hypercortisolism and oncology, and the company has discovered more than 1,000 proprietary selective cortisol modulators and glucocorticoid receptor antagonists.
- With advanced clinical trials in patients with hypercortisolism, solid tumors, ALS and liver disease, Corcept is unlocking the power of cortisol modulation to help address some of the most devastating diseases patients face today.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive market access training strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Create market access onboarding programs for FRMs, account management teams, patient advocates, and field sales representatives
- Patient support services and HUB operations
- Deliver advanced workshops for experienced market access professionals
- Support launch readiness training for new products and indications
- Maintain a centralized market access knowledge repository
- Experience building training programs from the ground up
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of training, coaching, or leadership experience
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly and positively
- High degree of emotional intelligence and adaptability in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech market access, reimbursement, patient services, account management, or commercial training

Compensation
- The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position is $172,200 – $227,900; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experie
