About the role

In addition to providing technical governance and strategic guidance, the role will actively participate in billable client engagements, helping to expand service offerings and strengthen client relationships.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective.

Architecture & Solution Design
Design end-to-end technology solutions that align with business requirements, industry best practices, and organizational standards.
Develop architecture blueprints, technical roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, frameworks, and tools to support current and future business needs.
Directly provide delivery services as well as senior technical support for the Delivery and Service Operations teams.
Work closely with the Project Delivery Manager, Operations Manager, Project Managers, and Project Delivery Team Leads to ensure successful project outcomes.
Provide billable overlay services to support the successful delivery of large and complex engagements while ensuring quality, consistency, and risk mitigation.
Work across delivery teams to provide technical expertise, guidance, and tactical planning support.
Attend Initial Planning Meetings (IPM) and collaborate with Project Managers and Project Leads to identify project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.
Assume the Project Lead role for complex engagements as requested by the Project Delivery Manager.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, systems engineering, solution delivery, or architecture roles.
3+ years of experience in a Technical Architect, Solutions Architect, or senior technical leadership position.
Proven experience leading complex technical projects and enterprise solution implementations.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with infrastructure, networking, security, identity management, and enterprise application integration.
This role combines hands-on architecture expertise with project delivery leadership to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with client business objectives.
