About the role

This position integrates content development, executive communications, and multi-channel messaging to improve coordination, strengthen engagement, and enable informed decision-making across the organization.

Develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with organizational priorities and objectives.
Support executive communications by consolidating inputs, editing content, and preparing leadership-ready materials.
Plan and support outreach events, communication campaigns, and stakeholder engagements.
Manage and update communication content across digital platforms, publications, and presentations.
Maintain communication workflows to ensure timely development, review, and dissemination of materials.
Support stakeholder engagement efforts through preparation of materials, coordination, and documentation.
Maintain communication standards, templates, and processes to ensure consistency across teams.
Track communication activities and develop reports to support performance visibility and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing communication strategies across multiple audiences and platforms.
Experience developing communication products, including reports, briefings, and multimedia content.

6-8 years with Master's degree).
Experience supporting communications in federal, DoD, intelligence, or cyberspace environments.
Experience supporting public affairs, communications, or outreach programs within federal or defense environments.
Familiarity with DoD communication processes, policies, and coordination with Public Affairs Offices.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):

Experience supporting executive communications and senior leadership engagements.
Experience planning and executing events, conferences, or stakeholder engagements.
Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

12+ years of experience in strategic communications or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience (8-10 years with Bachelor's degree
