- Daikin Applied is seeking a District Operations Manager for our newest district in Austin.
- You will have the ability to make an impact and shape your career by providing progressive supervision and service operations oversight to the district service office with a company that is passionate about growth.
Responsibilities
- Supports sales through involvement in job quotation and estimation
- Support the district under direction of District Manager
- Manage Tech Tip program and lead customer care initiatives
- Manage projects, assign personnel, oversee ordering of equipment and material, and assure that proper customer signoffs are secured per corporate policy requirements
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of related work experience in the commercial HVAC industry or related field
- 4+ years of prior experience managing technicians or employees in a similar role through, including direct or indirect leadership
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC design, systems, applications, and energy saving solutions
- Demonstrated success in strategically leading business units
- Non-logoed company vehicle with most expenses paid

Compensation
- The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $81,000 to $136,000 in Texas.

- Oversee quotation of call-in work, transactional sales (not requiring SSR skills), and assign personnel as needed to ensure that quotes are delivered to customers on a timely basis
