About the role
- This position requires full on-site attendance, five days per week, at the Barreal office (Heredia, Zona Franca Metropolitana).
- Our new hires & employees are the future of our organization, and we want to set you up for long-term success.
- In an effort to do so, we expect our team to work from our Costa Rica office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Become fully ingrained into the brand's design templates and acting as gatekeeper of brand guidelines.
- Build clean creative files to help manifest the development of a working framework
- Help create a detailed template guide to clearly communicate the workings of the system
- Experience working as a production designer or designer who thrives in high scale output, in an advertising agency, print or design studio.
Requirements
- Design to pixel-perfection and translate key art into the various resizes and versions required by the digital media buy.
