About the role
- LevelTen Energy is looking for a dynamic and highly organized AI Program Manager to serve as our internal AI evangelist.
- This is a hands-on, individual contributor role; you will be the driving force behind integrating cutting-edge AI tools and strategies across all departments.
- Duties and Responsibilities - Evangelize & Educate: Serve as the internal champion for Claude AI adoption.
Responsibilities
- Go beyond evangelism to actually build in Claude, configure agentic workflows, design AI automations, and prototype solutions and connected platforms.
- Comfortable working with APIs, prompt engineering, and lightweight integrations without needing engineering support for every step.
- Partner with department heads to identify bottlenecks and workflows where AI can drive efficiency, cost savings, or innovation.
- Own the roadmap for internal AI adoption across a company of 100+ employees and multiple departments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with 1-2 of those years incorporating AI.
- AI Fluency & Passion: Deep, current knowledge of the Claude ecosystem and a genuine enthusiasm for how the tools are transforming the modern workplace.
- You have something to show for it.
- Exceptional Organization: Proven experience in program or project management.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without a current or future need for visa sponsorship.
- Proven AI Builder: Demonstrated experience designing and deploying agentic workflows, AI automations, or lightweight integrations - not just using AI tools, but building with them. You have something to show for it.
- Self-Driven Practitioner: You experiment with AI on your own time, not just on the clock. You stay current because you're genuinely curious, and you bring what you learn back to the team in practical, applicable ways.
- Stellar Presentation Skills: A natural communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging language for non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional Organization: Proven experience in program or project management. You know how to build a roadmap, manage timelines, and keep multiple stakeholders aligned.
- Security-Minded: Experience collaborating with IT or InfoSec teams. You understand the importance of data privacy, enterprise security, and the risks associated with shadow IT.
- Collaborative Empathy: High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage change. You understand that adopting new technology can be intimidating, and you approach training with patience and empathy. Benefits / Perks

Compensation
- The estimated compensation for this position is $140,000-180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Benefits
- In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus and an equity grant.
