As a Product Enablement Specialist, you will play a key role in elevating Product Management capability across the organization through scalable learning experiences, practical enablement programs, and role readiness initiatives.
This role goes beyond traditional training delivery.

Program Design & Enablement
Support the operationalization of Product Management best practices through structured enablement, guidance, and scalable resources.
Support the rollout of new tools, processes, product updates, and organizational initiatives through structured communications and enablement activities.
Manage training schedules, participant communications, and learner support throughout program cycles.
Partner closely with Product, Product Operations, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business priorities.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to document best practices and simplify complex concepts into clear, practical guidance.
Build trusted relationships across teams to support enablement adoption and continuous improvement.

5-7 years of experience in enablement, instructional design, learning & development, Product Operations, Product Management, training, or related fields.
Strong understanding of Product Management practices, workflows, and operating models within SaaS or technology organizations preferred.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable learning programs and enablement experiences.
Proven facilitation skills with experience training hybrid or distributed teams.
Experience developing adult-learning content across multiple formats including live, virtual, and self-paced learning.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities with experience managing multiple priorities in evolving environments.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Technical, or Operations teams preferred.
Experience with LMS platforms, enablement tools, SharePoint, Articulate, Rise, or related learning technologies preferred.
Success Indicators

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below.
$98,600.00 - $173,400.00
