  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed; willing to travel throughout the college district using own means of reliable transportation.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Requirements

  • The Guided Pathways Specialist provides advisement, degree planning, and case management for students in the Meta-Majors.
  • Provides advisement, degree planning, case management, and enrollment for students in the meta-majors and performs course overrides as approved by the department chair.
  • Maintains knowledge of the College's programs, policies, procedures, academic standards, admissions process, entrance tests, degree plans, and courses.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Knowledgeable in Starfish, Degree Works and/or other online advisement tools.
