About the role
- This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with discretion, research abilities, and professionalism.
- The Executive Correspondence and Research Associate will report to the Deputy Chief of Staff and work closely with the entire Executive Office.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Deputy Chief of Staff to design, draft, and implement response strategies.
- Research issues that appear in correspondence and/or that are necessary to support a response.
- Conduct research to support additional preparation materials as needed for executive support, including gathering and organizing relevant background documents or supporting materials.
- Provide Support for the executive briefing book and memo processes, helping ensure materials are organized, current, and ready ahead of key meetings and engagements.
Requirements

- 1-3+ years of experience in government, non-profit, or corporate communications, or executive support-ideally in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
- Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize information quickly and accurately.
- Experience with communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, SharePoint, etc.)
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- This role may require occasional travel for team retreats, conferences, or organizational meetings.

- This is an exempt full time position with a salary range of $72,100 - $90,000. This role is overtime eligible.
