- Job Brief Our Denver office is seeking to recruit a talented individual at the Analyst level for our M&A practice.
Responsibilities
- Building financial models and performing valuation analyses
- Outstanding work ethic with ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- The Analyst position will provide direct support to junior and senior bankers in the execution of M&A, financing transactions, and other corporate finance-related advisory projects.
Nice to have
- Current undergraduate or graduate student with an expected graduation date in Summer 2026
- Prior experience in corporate finance, accounting, private equity, investment banking, or related financial services
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Management, Economics, or other applicable degree from an accredited university or college
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as preferred experience with other financial information tools such as S&P Capital IQ and PitchBook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to work long hours and on weekends
