Job Brief Our Denver office is seeking to recruit a talented individual at the Analyst level for our M&A practice.

Building financial models and performing valuation analyses
Outstanding work ethic with ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
The Analyst position will provide direct support to junior and senior bankers in the execution of M&A, financing transactions, and other corporate finance-related advisory projects.

Current undergraduate or graduate student with an expected graduation date in Summer 2026
Prior experience in corporate finance, accounting, private equity, investment banking, or related financial services
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Management, Economics, or other applicable degree from an accredited university or college
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as preferred experience with other financial information tools such as S&P Capital IQ and PitchBook
Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
Ability and willingness to work long hours and on weekends
