About the role

The role requires strong market knowledge, strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and the ability to align cross-functional teams around a unified vision for the Restaurants business.
Influences pipeline development and business growth through successful marketing strategies and execution.
Complexity This position requires balancing strategic planning with tactical execution across a dynamic and evolving restaurant technology marketplace.

3+ years of experience in vertical marketing, field marketing, portfolio marketing, product marketing, or B2B marketing.
Strong understanding of restaurant technology, hospitality technology, SaaS, POS, payments, or commerce ecosystems.
Experience partnering with Product Management teams on positioning, messaging, and product launches.
Ability to translate customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
Experience creating sales enablement materials and customer-facing content.
Knowledge of demand generation, content marketing, digital marketing, event marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
Ability to work effectively across Product, Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing organizations.
Areas of Expertise & Special Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience developing and executing go-to-market marketing strategies and plans.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable business insights.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience supporting restaurant technology, hospitality technology, SaaS, POS, payments, commerce solutions, or related industries preferred.
