About the role
- This role serves as a key resource for employees and internal stakeholders by providing guidance on benefit plans, eligibility, enrollments, and related processes while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and company policies.
- Research, identify, and resolve data discrepancies and enrollment issues

- Audit and validate data between internal systems and third-party vendors to ensure data integrity
Requirements
- Associate's Degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience OR
- High School Diploma/GED and 4-7 years of relevant experience
- Experience auditing data and resolving discrepancies
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

- Support benefits projects, annual enrollment activities, and program enhancements
Benefits
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, welfare, retirement, and wellness plans
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits eligibility, enrollments, life events, payroll deductions, and plan provisions
- Support employee benefit enrollment activities and ongoing benefit changes
- Ensure benefits transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate employee benefits data within HRIS and benefits administration systems
- Ensure compliance with applicable benefits regulations, company policies, and documentation requirements
- Partner with benefits carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators to resolve employee and system issues
- Escalate and monitor benefit-related concerns through resolution
- Maintain benefits communications, forms, reports, and plan documentation
- Support benefits projects, annual enrollment activities, and program enhancements
- Prepare benefit-related reports and audits as needed
- Monitor benefit trends and identify opportunities to improve processes and employee experience
