Responsibilities
- Leverages shown experience to provided limited application support
- Deliver fully coordinated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software
Requirements
- Experience with the Agilent solutions is desired but not crucial.
- Ability to tackle high-impact problems related to product availability
- Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel, as decided by business needs.
- A valid driver's license is required for this position.
- Up to 50% travel may be required.

Nice to have
- 2+ years relevant work experience, including familiarity with Agilent and Waters analytical instrumentation
- specific experience with LC required
- dissolution or spectroscopy experience is a plus
- Experience with Pharma/Bio-pharma, GMP, GLP environments preferred.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or other university degree in chemistry, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or other life science field preferred
Skills
- Familiar with use of hand tools. Demonstration of logical troubleshooting.
Compensation
- The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $36.38 - $56.84/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits.

- Ensures customer happiness by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance
- Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers business
- Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions
- Company Vehicle Program: Either vehicle mileage reimbursement or a company car is eligible for this territory.
- Serves as an internal resource on technical issues and leads product customer concerns. Collaborates with Agilent teams such as Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D to provide solutions to customers
- May deliver internal technical training and maintenance seminars and workshops for field engineers or customers
