Responsibilities
- Manage assigned caseload from intake through resolution Review and respond to discovery requests Draft pleadings, court orders, memoranda, and related legal documents Conduct legal research and analyze case materials Appear in court for status hearings, motions, and trials Conduct and attend depositions Maintain regular communication with clients and provide legal guidance Prepare and process court filings Manage scheduling and case deadlines Participate in networking and outreach to support business development Handle additional responsibilities as assigned
- The role is in office for the first 3 months to support training, collaboration, and integration with the team.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
