About the role
- We are seeking a Program Integration & Performance Manager to join our PACT team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of multiple programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with business strategy and priorities.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities across programs and implement mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks.
- Drive data-informed decision-making across teams and leadership.
- Identify process inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, HR, finance, and operations.
Requirements
- The position will be based at our office or site office in Mississauga, Ontario, with frequent visits to the Airport site as required.
Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
- 8+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure programs (aviation, transit, or similar)
- Strong understanding of project controls, reporting, and performance management.
- Ability to synthesize incomplete inputs into clear, executive-ready outputs.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders in a joint venture or consortium environment.
- Experience with tools, such as Primavera P6, Power BI, and Excel (conceptual understanding expected) is considered an asset.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
