- Fluency in English, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in the West Palm Beach area are required.

- The Carpenter is responsible for implementing and following all safety procedures and instructing all new employees that are specific to their project.
- Carpenter must enforce safety with all other Liberty employees on site.
- Carpenter will hold weekly toolbox talks and safety meetings on site and forward copies of meeting notes with signatures to the Liberty Office weekly.
- Carpenter is responsible to ensure that Liberty employees are provided with and using all personnel protective equipment as needed.
- Carpenter shall adhere to and enforce a 100% eye protection policy.
