Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines aligned with enterprise standards
- Implement Standard Release Orchestration and Orchestrated Patching pipelines, supporting teams during onboarding
- Automate build, test, and deployment workflows to improve delivery speed and reliability
- Troubleshoot pipeline issues and provide hands-on support to development teams
- Support the adoption of DevOps Engineering Services (e.g., CI platforms, artifact repositories)
- Provide technical guidance and onboarding support for DevOps services and Release Orchestration
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or software delivery engineering
- Strong hands-on experience in pipeline implementation and automation
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience with the following:

- As a Senior DevOps Engineer within the Customer Success team, you play a key role in designing, implementing, and improving CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for internal customers.
- You will work closely with product squads and engineers to accelerate software delivery, ensure secure and reliable pipeline execution, and support the adoption of Release Orchestration and DevOps Tooling Services.
