In this role, you will provide high-quality, client-centered nursing services to help youth ages 16-25 navigate their mental health journey.
If you are a compassionate and skilled nurse dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of young people, we invite you to join our team.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' specific needs and goals.
Collaborate with other team members to coordinate comprehensive care and support for our clients.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share knowledge, and develop new ideas for interventions.
Work closely with community partners and organizations to ensure that clients receive seamless, wrap-around care.

Current Registered Nurse in Missouri is Required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
Familiarity with electronic medical records and relevant software applications.
A willingness to expand your knowledge and skills in psychiatric nursing through ongoing education and training.
