About the role

  • The People Partner provides high-quality, proactive support to assigned teams and leaders, helping drive clarity, consistency, and strong performance across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manager Support & Day-to-Day Partnership Serve as the primary People Ops contact for employees and managers within assigned groups.
  • Employee Relations Support Manage medium-complexity employee relations cases with support from senior team members.
  • Performance Management Support leaders in applying Riot's continuous performance process.
  • Identify performance issues early and collaborate with the Senior People Partner or Director on effective interventions.
  • Support engagement initiatives, listening efforts, and follow-up action plans.
