The Care Company is looking for an awesome, self-driven and highly organized and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to assist us with complex care paediatric, adult, and geriatric clients in the home who wish to live at home.
Valid WHMIS 2015 certification, issued or renewed within the past 12 months.

Monitor and assess clients' vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respirations, oxygen saturation), document findings, and report any abnormal readings or concerns to the designated Care Coordinator or physician.
Observe and document any changes in the client's physical, cognitive, or emotional condition, including changes in skin integrity, alertness, behaviour, and breathing patterns; escalate concerns as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided, including progress notes, incident reports, and communication logs, in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, for documentation and communication with clients and care teams.
Must be comfortable and capable of providing care to both male and female clients of varying ages and care needs.
Perform prescribed range of motion (ROM) and physical therapy exercises under direction of a physiotherapist or care plan, and assist with ambulation inside the home or outdoors if required.

Use and dispose of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, gowns, and eye protection as per infection prevention and control protocols and Public Health Ontario guidelines.
