- Identify and execute on opportunities to increase DashPass subscriber retention in Canada, while establishing the role of marketing and how we can bring more value to our members
- Establish reporting cadence across performance and retention campaigns, while driving action plans to grow our paid subscriber balance and reduce churn quarter over quarter
Responsibilities
- Act as the lynchpin between marketing teams (Lifecycle, Media, Creative Studio), Strategy & Operations, Product, Finance, and Analytics to build and execute on integrated marketing campaigns for DashPass Canada
- Drive key strategic partnerships that fuel DashPass member growth and deliver meaningful value to members across Canada
- Drive the quarterly marketing goals and KPIs, and contribute to reporting to track their progress in partnership with Analytics, S&O and channel teams
- Drive cross-functional meetings and own end-to-end project trackers to rally key stakeholders towards a shared goal

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 6+ years of experience in consumer marketing
- Fluency across the marketing mix, fully understanding marketing principles and their role across the funnel
- An extraordinary bias for action
- you're dependable, self-motivated & able to multi-task
- Demonstrable experience supporting cross-functional workstreams and balancing multiple objectives and constraints
- A strategic, business-mind
- you find trends in the data and look to gather audience-first insights
Compensation
- Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
- Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
- In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
- The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within British Columbia.
- $113,000 - $141,000 CAD
