About the role
- You will work in close partnership with our founders, with a direct line to product, strategy, and engineering.
- You go to conferences, you pick up the phone, you get in the room.
- Feed intelligence back into the business - Through your market interactions, you continuously surface what resonates, what doesn't, and why.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale our go-to-market motion - Identify the most efficient paths to growth across segments, channels, and counterparty types.
- Build and develop partnerships, referral networks, and origination channels that make our commercial reach repeatable and scalable.
- Go sell - You don't just build strategies, you execute them. You go to conferences, you pick up the phone, you get in the room. You own a portion of our pipeline and are accountable for moving prospects forward.
- You will think critically about how we grow, design the strategies to get there, and then go execute them.
