About the role
- Strategy Engineering & Consulting LLC is seeking a Process Engineer (3-10 years' experience) to join our growing team.
- Prepare process simulations and Heat & Material Balances (H&MBs).
- Size, specify, and prepare datasheets for mechanical/process equipment (vessels, tanks, pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, blowers, utilities, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Contribute to conceptual engineering, FEED, and detailed design for onshore and offshore facilities (Greenfield and Brownfield).
- Perform engineering calculations including hydraulics, relief/vent sizing, PSV and control valve sizing, flare, vent, blowdown, and tank venting.
- Coordinate with drafting/design teams to deliver accurate drawings and layouts.
- Support regulatory submittals.
- Perform site visits (onshore and offshore) to collect data, survey existing facilities, and support upgrades or modifications.
- Work closely with other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated designs.
Requirements
- 3-10 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Ability to work multiple projects, work overtime as needed, and travel 10-20% (typical) or as required by project.
Nice to have
- Relief valve and/or flare study experience preferred.
- Preferred Skills - Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
Skills
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal).

- $10k-$20k
