About the role

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that support reliable data movement across source systems, warehouses, and downstream consumers
- Lead the design and implementation of REST and SOAP API integrations across internal and external platforms
- Maintain and expand integration architecture connecting various business platforms and third-party vendors
- Associates get satisfaction from knowing they provide agents, marketers and carrier partners the support needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving industry.

Skills
- Evaluate and recommend platform tools and solutions that best fit evolving business requirements
- Oversee the development and maintenance of BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
