About the role
- This role sits within the Project Delivery function and is responsible for people leadership, capability development, and delivery execution consistency across Project Delivery resources.
- The Manager ensures that delivery staff are operating effectively within the delivery model, producing high-quality outputs, and progressing in their development.
- This is not a client relationship ownership role.

- Manage and develop Project Delivery Analysts, Leads, Managers, and Directors
- Support career progression, capability development, and role clarity
- Resource Effectiveness & Deployment Support
- Strong ability to develop and manage high-performing delivery teams
Requirements
- The following qualifications reflect the experience, capabilities, and attributes typically required to perform successfully in this role.
- 6-10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or project-based delivery environments
- Strong understanding of structured delivery models and execution frameworks
- Experience overseeing execution across multiple engagements or workstreams
- Ability to operate across both strategic and execution-focused responsibilities
- Experience working cross-functionally with delivery, operations, and staffing teams
- Ability to identify and address performance and capability gaps
- Ability to influence across delivery leadership without owning the client relationship
- Ability to contribute meaningfully to delivery execution in complex or high-impact scenarios
- Proven experience managing and developing delivery teams
- Ability to identify performance gaps and drive improvement
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- High level of ownership, accountability, and operational discipline
