About the role

Financial Analyst to join our Finance team.
Facilitate operating expense planning, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with cross-functional teams

Maintain and refine integrated financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) to generate insights that guide forecasting, planning, and strategic decision-making
Support cash flow forecasting and play a key role in both short- and long-term liquidity planning through data-driven insights
Collaborate with Accounting to maintain consistency between budgets, forecasts, and reported financials
Leverage NetSuite and other transactional systems for reporting, data extraction, and reconciliations that support FP&A deliverables
Lead ad hoc analyses to support strategic and operational initiatives
You'll play a critical role in forecasting, budgeting, and delivering strategic financial insights that support key business decisions.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, VC or Private Equity, ideally in SaaS, PE-backed, or other high-growth environments
Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, scenario analysis, and pivot tables)
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, forecasting, and financial modeling best practices
Working knowledge of GAAP to ensure forecasts reconcile with reported results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
Hands-on experience with NetSuite; exposure to FP&A tools or system implementations a plus
Self-starter with strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
