About the role
- This role presents an exciting opportunity to help NASTAD advance its vision of a world committed to ending HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis, and intersecting epidemics by supporting governmental public health systems coordination and innovation.
- The Manager will serve a central role in delivering technical assistance for our members, including local and state health departments, planning engagements across multiple jurisdictions.
- This role will also ensure seamless project operations, including managing workplans, data tracking, coordinating internal and external communications, and supporting funder reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop agendas and coordinate logistics for meetings to support cross-functional collaboration and project planning.
- Develop tools, templates, guides, and other practical resources to support jurisdictions.
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate internally and externally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Expertise in governmental HIV programming
- Tech-Savvy: ability to learn new software quickly
- At least 6 years of related work experience.
- We recognize that to accelerate the end of the HIV and hepatitis epidemics, our workforce must be representative of groups that have been disproportionately impacted.

Compensation
- $72k-$80k
