About the role

  • This role focuses heavily on strengthening employee relations, maintaining total labor compliance, and streamlining core HR operations for our corporate team.

Responsibilities

  • Immigration & Visa Processing: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of H-1B visas and other employment-based visa workflows.
  • Partner with external immigration counsel, track strict compliance timelines, and guide foreign national employees through the intake and renewal processes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure total adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws. Maintain accurate employee data and update internal policies to mirror current compliance standards.
  • Warehouse HR Support: Provide necessary HR and employee relations oversight for the Miami warehouse team to ensure unified company policies and open lines of communication.

Requirements

  • Employee Relations (Must-Have): Extensive, proven experience handling complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and internal workplace investigations.
  • Immigration Expertise (Must-Have): Direct, hands-on experience processing and managing H-1B visas and general employment-based visa workflows.
