About the role
- This role sits at the center of early-stage project development, bringing together engineering, procurement, and construction to ensure projects are well-defined, de-risked, and set up for successful execution.
- You will play a key role in shaping project strategy, advising on technical decisions, and driving alignment across teams during the most critical phases of development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and advise on conceptual design and front-end engineering for natural gas-fired generation facilities
- Develop and review project schedules, cost estimates, and risk assessments
- Identify opportunities to optimize performance, efficiency, and constructability
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication throughout pre-construction
- Ability to evaluate technical designs, schedules, and cost structures at a high level

- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-disciplinary teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in traditional energy development and/or construction
- Experience working across pre-construction, engineering, and project execution
Nice to have
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience supporting large-scale energy or infrastructure projects from concept through execution
- Willingness or ability to relocate to Las Vegas, NV
