Predictive Technologies play a key role in the site equipment reliability efforts.

Develop expertise in vibration analysis and other predictive maintenance (PdM) technologies to improve equipment reliability.
Evaluate equipment, expand monitoring programs, and support the implementation of long-term maintenance strategies.
Manage customer requests, work schedules, and maintenance work order backlogs independently.
Lead meetings, communicate findings and recommendations, and ensure follow-up on action items.
Maintain equipment records, predictive maintenance procedures, KPIs, and databases such as Emerson AMS, UE Systems Ultratrend, and SAP CMMS.
Support reliability initiatives, including mechanical integrity, root cause analysis, maintenance strategy development, risk-based maintenance, and continuous improvement.

The Reliability Technician will serve as a key technical resource to lead Predictive Maintenance programs, perform Root Cause Failure Analysis of equipment, and develop improved equipment reliability practices.
The Reliability Technician may be asked to support any aspect of reducing and eliminating equipment failures through proactive initiatives, predictive tools, and retrospective failure analysis.

Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment reliability, maintenance, engineering support, or a related field.
Ability to obtain Level 2 certification in multiple Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies
Solid knowledge of industrial equipment operation, maintenance, and reliability best practices.
Strong organizational, planning, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn PdM tools, CMMS software, and reliability databases.
Ability to work safely in industrial environments, including wearing PPE, climbing stairs/ladders, entering confined spaces, and working in noisy, hot, or outdoor conditions.
The Reliability Technician will develop deep expertise and utilize predictive technologies to collect and analyze data and make recommendations to the equipment owner/user on required maintenance and repairs.

CMRT (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician), technical degree/certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
