Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed documentation, including chart notes and before/after photos
- Support guest retention by creating confident, results-driven experiences
- Maintain a clean, professional studio environment in accordance with protocols
- Collaborate with team members to support studio sales and marketing initiatives
- In this high-touch, guest-focused role, you'll blend clinical expertise with artistry to deliver personalized treatments, boost guest confidence, and support our studio's success.
Requirements
- Proven ability to consult, educate, and convert guests with confidence
- Experience with clinical documentation and use of treatment technologies
Nice to have
- 1-3 years of aesthetic experience or formal aesthetics training preferred
Compensation
- Starting at $32+/hour (based on aesthetics experience) plus substantial earning potential based on eligibility for monthly incentive pay.
