About the role

OCF Realty is a leading property management firm based in Philadelphia that is committed to providing exceptional services across a diverse portfolio of residential.
You'll also be responsible for accurately logging completed work, tracking billable hours, and updating work orders in our property management software, AppFolio.
Respond to Emergency Work Orders including clearing clogged toilets, sinks, drains, water leaks, loss of power, unsafe facility conditions, etc.

From responding to emergency requests to executing scheduled work orders, your work will directly support tenant satisfaction and the long-term upkeep of client.
If you have strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage maintenance tasks efficiently from start to finish, we'd love to meet you.
Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple trades, including basic carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, and appliance repair.
Accurately log completed work, track billable hours, upload receipts, and manage documentation in our Property Management Software, AppFolio.
Maintain clean and safe building conditions by addressing common areas, exterior upkeep, and unit turnovers.
Collaborate with property and maintenance managers to prioritize tasks and ensure timely, high-quality service.

Valid driver's license.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
Skilled in the safe use of hand and power tools.
Excellent customer service and communication skills; able to professionally handle tenant interactions.
Physically capable of lifting up to 90 lbs and performing labor in varied weather conditions.
Availability for rotating on-call emergency coverage.

This position offers a salary of $50,000-$60,000 commensurate with experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and 401k matching.
